learning to make homemade bisquits well.I also have learned to make some pretty good cakes. In addition, all the wonderful dried bean recipes that make even a person who doesn't like beans ,change their mind.

Over the years, i have come to realize there is always room for disater,as a means to better and improved food.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler
This is such a good recipe. My husband told me to give it ten stars. We had it with homemade vanilla rum ice cream. It was over the top! I am really particular about peach cobbler. This does not disappoint. I used a 13x9 pyrex dish....what more can I say ...Make it ! It's fab !

Simple Whole Wheat Bread
I have been making my own breads for over a year now. This is our regular everyday bread. It is wonderful! Great for toast,french toast,and pretty much fits the bill for the perfect sandwich bread. I am so grateful to have come across this recipe. I love the fact that it makes three loaves. I keep one on the counter ,and two in the freezer, until we need it.Thank you ,Nita Crabb, for posting this awesome recipe !
