Heavenly Halibut

Very good. Used Alaskian Halibut. Doubled the sauce, cooked at 350 for 15 min then another 3 min in the broiler. Serve with spinach next time.

Fish Tacos

Very good but I modified. Sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms. Added cooked frozen green beans and topped with crispy fried onions. Yummy!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Great recipe! Doubled the meat with 1lb ground beef and 1lb of ground hot sausage. Also doubled the cheese mixture using a few dashes of nutmeg as other reviewers suggested. Added Italian seasoning to the meat mixture.

Easy Indian Style Okra

Very, very good! Frozen okra becomes a bit slimy...make sure to use fresh. Substituted okra with chopped fresh green beans, just as good!

Banana Crumb Muffins
