About this Cook
I'm 62 yrs. old , started learning to cook when I was 8 yrs old watching and helping my Mother in her kitchen her idea was that every young man should learn to cook, because you never know when you will have to cook for yourself. I took the basic knowledge that she shared with me and built on it, to reach the point of culinary expertice that I have acquired.
My favorite things to cook
Breads, cookies, cakes, Pasta dishes, Soups,Chili, Fish-All seafood, Wild Game, Beef-Pork-Chicken-Lamb-Goat any type of meat dishes, a varity of vegatables,and a varity of different Fruit and vegatable salads.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Family was Basicly meat and potato with pasta and beans salad and fresh fruits and vegatables, raising all we could and canning or cold packing every thing that was available.
My cooking triumphs
I feel that every meal is a triumph in its self, a tribute to each and every cook.
My cooking tragedies
Just like all the cooks out there, I've tried some ideas with combinations of different herbs and spices and other ingredients that should never have been put together, no salvation for those dishes.

Pasta Hot! Hot! Hot!
Ilove this recipe only I added bell peppers and Pepper rings and basil and butter, combined in fry pan and blended it is a tasty dish that all enjoy.
