Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
I followed the other reviewers and increased the spices. I used seasoned salt, powdered garlic and onion powder cause that's what I had on hand. I got one cup of seeds from one pumpkin. I don't know if that's the usual but I will be looking for discount pumpkins at the end of the month to make more seeds.

Rhubarb Ketchup
Wasn't sure if the tomatoes should be strained so I did strain them slightly. In the future, I'd strain them thoroughly. It took several hours for the liquid to boil off and the mixture to thicken. In the end, it burned alittle on the bottom so the flavor may have been affected. Will try again but with this change. The flavor is good and a good alternative to traditional rhubarb sauce.

Tangy Cucumber and Avocado Salad
Followed the recipe to the letter except for black pepper since some of my family have bad reactions to that. This was very easy, very refreshing and a great addition to summer options. I followed the advise of other reviewers to make sure you have firm avocados that aren't overripe. I had no problem with browning of the avocado. Will make again & again.
