Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
I can't believe it, these are just like my grandmother's and I've been searching for years never getting it right! These are so easy and tasty. I followed the recipe exactly, flattened them and cooked between 10-11 minutes and they came out perfect.

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

Reviewed: May 4, 2009
This is by far the best soup I've ever made! I must have made this 15 or 20 times so far for dinner parties and even just for lunch and it's always a huge hit. I sometimes change it up a bit, 1/2 baby bellas and 1/2 cremini mushrooms, I double the fat-free 1/2 & 1/2, and then puree the entire mixture for an incredibly rich and tasty treat.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

Reviewed: May 4, 2009
This is really good, although I think I added too many graham crackercrumbs as the bottom was a little dry. I used 15 whole grahams crumbled finely as another reviewer suggested and then added 3 more when the first batch only yielded about 1 3/4 cups. I think 15 would have been perfect. Will make this again, but think it needs to be tweaked a bit.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
I loved this recipe although I used my own meaty tomato sauce recipe, I did follow the rest of this recipe except I added two eggs doubled the basil. I made a double batch and every single serving was taken within 20 minutes. My husband actually went back for 3rds, which he never does. This is one for the recipe box.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
Very simple, traditional mac and cheese. We like a sharper, cheesy taste, so used all the cheeses suggested and added some sharp italian Grana Padano, which certainly helped to sophisticate this dish some. I kept the eggs, doubled all the cheeses, and it makes quite a lot, enough to share with a crowd, so I'm taking to work on Monday to see what my co-workers think. Will make this again, but will definitely use a sharper, more flavorful cheese combination.

Blue Cheesy Grits

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
I made this for a dinner party and the first batch was so bad that I threw it out and made another batch with only 1/2 cup blue cheese and 3 cups of liquid, thinking that should be better. The taste was terrible and I couldn't serve them. Will not try this combination again.
