I was out of a couple of ingredients, so substituted peas for broccoli and mozzerella for swiss. It still turned out yummy.

Quick and easy. Tastes good, although I would recommend adding a little more horesradish to give it a little more bite.

Creme Brulee II

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2001
I used 3 10 oz ramekins since I didn't have any 8 oz. Plus my water boiled over so it took almost twice as long to bake, but it was worth it. Such a wonderful taste!

Tater Tot Hot Dish I

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2001
Ends up with half as much meat as potatoes. next time i make it I'm going to add an extra pound of hamburger and maybe a 1/2 bag of peas? Good flavor, and very kid-friendly, my 2 year old helped make it.

Creamy Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2001
This is a little heavy on the sour cream. Next time I make it I'll cut that down to 1-1 1/2 cups. It's a great recipie to experiment with, I'm going to add bacon, brocolli, etc.

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2001
Best homemade BBQ sauce recipie I've found. We're a small family, so I cut the recipie in half which worked fine (and didn't take as soon to cook). Leftovers are great on baked potatoes.

It said to make 3 layers but I only did 2, it's like hambureger helper meets lasagna. My son gobbled it up. Very easy and yummy.

Very quick and easy. Next time I might add green peppers and mushrooms. It's like a potato quiche.

We have a sweet tooth in my family, so next time I make this I'm going to use only 3 1/2 cups of nuts so ther is more coating. I also tried a batch with almonds, which was also good.
