Candy Coated Pecans

We have a sweet tooth in my family, so next time I make this I'm going to use only 3 1/2 cups of nuts so ther is more coating. I also tried a batch with almonds, which was also good.

Barbecued Beef

Best homemade BBQ sauce recipie I've found. We're a small family, so I cut the recipie in half which worked fine (and didn't take as soon to cook). Leftovers are great on baked potatoes.

Creamy Potato Casserole

This is a little heavy on the sour cream. Next time I make it I'll cut that down to 1-1 1/2 cups. It's a great recipie to experiment with, I'm going to add bacon, brocolli, etc.

Tater Tot Hot Dish I

Ends up with half as much meat as potatoes. next time i make it I'm going to add an extra pound of hamburger and maybe a 1/2 bag of peas? Good flavor, and very kid-friendly, my 2 year old helped make it.

Creme Brulee II

I used 3 10 oz ramekins since I didn't have any 8 oz. Plus my water boiled over so it took almost twice as long to bake, but it was worth it. Such a wonderful taste!
