I make this all the time, people don't believe me that it's vegan. Then they ask for the recipe...

Vegan Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
I have made this cake for 2 or three years now for my sons birthday. He has a lot of friends that are vegatarian or vegan, plus my little brother is vegan.. This will be made every year as long as he lets me.:) He's only 5 now! So many more years:) I also used the vegan buttercream, and ordered a edible icing for ebay with the satr wars theme, it was a big hit!

Smoked Salmon and Egg Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2010
OK, I had two dozen eggs not an idea what to do with them. WOW what a great idea. I ommitted the onion, DH does not do onions, used canned salmon, 6 oz , used 11 eggs, and dried dill about 3 tbsp.....delicious, can't wait to do it again, won't last long in my fridge:) OH - and the easiest way I found to do the eggs cutting : A fork, smash smash smash- fast easy, in the same bowl

Very, Very, Very Good Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2009
mine did rise over the top...but...then i saw another review that said not to whip the whipping cream...to fold it in ..that makes sense...besides that I chilled it for a day..then took the sides down..that made it sink quite a bit ..it was so yummy! AND I got 3 spring form pans at wal-mart for 12 bucks!

You weren't joking when you said easy and make a lot! Those are both true statements! I used Guiness Draft beer, and seved it with pumpernickle bread and spicy brown mustard. We also made irish soda bread...Very fun and easy food--Oh the cabbage I cooked on the stove and in huge boiling pot with the left over juices. Yummy

Thai Pork Satay

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
We love this recipe, my husband makes it. He says: do what everyone else says and double it! Hard to get the veggies on the sticks w/o breaking(mushrooms espcially) but still it's so good and makes great for left overs.
