Garlic and Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

One word "YUMMY" I cooked my sausage with an onion. Followed the rest of the recipe as called for, although my mushrooms were big so it only made 12. I served as an appetizer, everyone loved them.

Mediterranean Kale

This salad is DELICIOUS. At first I was a little skeptical as I was steaming the leaves, I thought it was going to be warm. No the mix of lemon juice, minced garlic and soy give this nutritious green a great flavor. will make this again for sure.

Strawberry Jam

I made this jam yesterday, the taste was great. I thought it was on the thin side though, I followed the recipe brought it to 220* everything. Don't know what I did wrong.

wow these are really good, I did not have mayo so I subbed bleu cheese.I also used mexican cheese shreds instead of swiss. they came out delicious!! will definetly make again. thanks for a great easy app.

Raspberry Rice Pudding

I made this last night. Altogether the taste is good although mine came out a bit soupy, the kids loved it. I only added 1/2 c. sugar and used blueberries on the bottom topped it with the rice pudding. and added strawberries to top it all off. It took alot longer than then estimated 40 min. because of all the cooling involved. I would make again, next time I will drain all the juice real good maybe add a little cinnamon or pumpkin spice to the rice too.

10 Pound Cheesecake

Delicious!! and so easy to make. I will definetly make this again. Instead of gram crackers for the crust I used 2 1/2 rows of oreos and 1/2c. butter. so good.

I MADE THIS RECIPE TONIGHT, SO GOOD I DIDN'T HAVE ANY SPINICH ON HAND, SO I USED BROCCOLI AND SWEET ONION DICED WITH SALT AND PEPPER. I ALSO SKIPPED THE CAJUN SEASONING AND USED GALIC PEPPER ON THE CHICKEN. GREAT RECIPE WOULD LOVE TO TRY WITH SPINICH.
