The best, I loved this pie and it's texture, the taste feels so good in your mouth I wish I can eat it all day. I did not bake and read some reviews: Some really good advice: "1) use less sugar - 1/2 cup, 2) not to bake, 3) use corn starh instead of flour, and 4) CHILL extensively." ALSO: I will try to do what kate reccomended next time, "The best crust for this pie, btw, is a vanilla wafer crust. Just mix 1-1/2 c crushed vanilla wafers w/6 T melted butter and bake for 5 mins at 350. Really sets off the banana pie!" I actually used one banana that was required in the recipe and mushed-and spread it on the crust before I put the filling of pie.
