i think the recipe is perfect, despite my mistake of not having 'cayenne pepper' & substituting it with 'cajun seasoning' instead. so it turns out more sour than nicely balanced, not spicy enough hubby said. adjusted by adding many sprinkles of black pepper. i made the healthier version with evaporated milk, overall satisfied w recipe. u can follow exactly without going wrong. can't believe i made this :)

Chocolate-Filled Cream Puffs

lovely recipe!! altho im hardly in the kitchen, im one ambitious baker. must say that this recipe is fool-proof even for first-timers. made a serving of 10, produced 4 n a half trays of small-medium puffs. it puffed up beautifully, piped in the filling thru a hole made with chopstick. fat & neat puffs. all of them love this!
