absolutely delish!!! i did add an extra 1/2 teaspoon baking powder as others suggested, but for more moisture i added 1 mashed banana and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. then sprinkled cinnamon, brown sugar and pecans on top!!! will make again with these additions.

i felt this recipe was too involved...i used half-n-half instead of cream, riesling instead of chardonnay, omitted the broth and lemon juice, and added bell pepper and way more garlic
