Flatlander Chili

This is a great chili recipe! It is a crowd pleaser across the board. Easy, no wacky ingredients & not crazy spicy. My picky family put this away with no fights at the table! Thank you for a great basic chili recipe, Mr Couch!

No Bull Burritos

Quick, go-to supper. Great for busy people that just have to get supper on the table. Reviewers are right, it's not gourmet - but that's not what I was looking for. Used turkey & fat free beans & served with rice. Thank you for posting!

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole

The name perfectly describes this casserole! The sweetness was a little off-putting, next time I might dice some jalepenos, or add some pepper jack to cut the sweetness.

Chili Dog Casserole II

This is a SUPER EASY, SUPER QUICK, kid friendly meal. Easy to sub turkey chili and fat free weiners. My picky eaters gobbled it up! Next time I will add onions as others suggested, and serve w/fritos. Thank you!

Pineapple Chicken Tenders

This was a wonderful sauce. I followed the advice of others and added ground ginger. Then, I doubled the recipe, (everything but the chicken,) and let the skewers marinade in the fridge and kept reducing the other half of the sauce, then I used that to baste the chicken on the grill. My picky husband said it was definately a do-over!

Gelatin Spritz Cookies

These were the perfect consistency for my press. We made green wreaths & trees for Christmas. Nice lemon-lime tang from the jello, setting these apart from the rest of our baking this year. Thank you for posting, Kathy!

Great fish recipe, and simple too! I am a novice cook, and I was a little confused because the recipe says to preheat to 350, but the last step says to broil. I would just broil this.

Chocolate Covered Cherries

These are time consuming, but AWESOME! My husband has always liked chocolate covered cherries so I decided to try these, YUM! I may not be a skilled dipper, but I used twice as much of the chocolate sauce for dipping.

Smoked Fish Dip

I live on the west coast of FL and this recipe is super close to the best fishspreads on the beach here. serve it on crackers with lemon slices and hot sauce and watch the tide come in!
