Smoked Fish Dip

I live on the west coast of FL and this recipe is super close to the best fishspreads on the beach here. serve it on crackers with lemon slices and hot sauce and watch the tide come in!

Pineapple Chicken Tenders

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2006
This was a wonderful sauce. I followed the advice of others and added ground ginger. Then, I doubled the recipe, (everything but the chicken,) and let the skewers marinade in the fridge and kept reducing the other half of the sauce, then I used that to baste the chicken on the grill. My picky husband said it was definately a do-over!

Super Grouper

Great fish recipe, and simple too! I am a novice cook, and I was a little confused because the recipe says to preheat to 350, but the last step says to broil. I would just broil this.

I tried added a second soup like some other reviwers suggested, but noodles still ended up crunchy. We didn't care for it.

Chocolate Covered Cherries

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2002
These are time consuming, but AWESOME! My husband has always liked chocolate covered cherries so I decided to try these, YUM! I may not be a skilled dipper, but I used twice as much of the chocolate sauce for dipping.

This recipe was a hit! I LOVE using the slow cooker, too. The first time I made it, I was worried that it looked a little funny, but it sure tastes great! Thanks!

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese I

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2002
I tried to follow some of the hints from other reviewers, but I still didn't get this one to turn out. Such a shame, it sounded like it would be great. Mine came out very custard-like, even tho I used 1 egg as recommended. It was also just a big blob. Nothing creamy about it, the noodles on top were crunchy. I guess I'll stick with the "boxes." sorry

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2002
Thought this turned out Great! Tender and not greasy. A great "different" crock pot recipe, (no cream of mushroom soup!) I love using the leftovers the best, if there are any! I wanted to add, this is a great "starter." Many ways that you could expand on this one, as you can see by the reviews! THANK YOU for submitting!

Easy Creamy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2002
This pork was so tender! I read the reviews before preparing so I was able to tweak it a little. I added the lemon pepper rub and it helped. I believe someone called this comfort food and that's exactly what comes to mind. Next time I will add some veggies!
