Best Ever Salmon Sauce
MMMmmm. Nice complement to the strong salmon flavor. Also doubles as a salad dressing with the warm salmon on top of crisp greens.

Swanson(R) Steakhouse Beef and Pepper Stir-Fry
Could not have been easier. Used frozen, diced green peppers & fresh celery (cooked together first), fresh mushrooms (cooked second after removing pepps & celery from pan), then mixed all 3 together. Next, added broth mixture; after thickened, added leftover thinly sliced sirloin to just warm it. Topped with ground ginger. Yum!

Baked Aloha Chicken
LOVED this. Added 1/2 large green pepper, 1 large sweet onion, 2 tbsp dark br sugar, 2 tsp fresh ginger, used dark syrup as suggested & 2 cloves of fresh garlic. Cooked as suggested, then increased oven time to 385 & cooked an addl 20-30 to brown the skin & reduce the liquid. No stove-top reduction reqd. Wonderful flavor. As is, I'd rate this a 3; w/ changes, a 5.
