Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2015
Delicious! I did follow the instruction of other reviewers though and did the flour, egg and bread crumb method. For the sauce I used a 16oz can of Trader Joe's Marinara sauce, the 8oz can wouldn't be enough for us. Next time I'll make my own sauce though and add a little red pepper. Fabulous recipe. Serve with a side salad with Italian dressing, garlic bread and your favorite red wine.

Great recipe! Made it with pork chops for my hubby and vegetarian meatballs for myself. It's an awesome side dish! I used apple cider instead of the white vinegar, only change I made.

We were so disappointed in this recipe, what a waste of good scallops. Two thumbs down! Boring.

This recipe was good, but I really had a hard time enjoying it. Extremly high fat content, the recipe should come with a warning.....Take extra precaution, enjoy this recipe with a cardioligist close by.

Tomato Gorgonzola Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2009
I recently served this at a dinner party, everyone loved it. The only difference I made was I did not have tomato juice so I used bloody mary mix instead. It really gave it a great flavor, also followed the advice of most everyone else and blended it. Topped it off with a bit of gorgonzola. Yummy!

Tarragon Lover's Scallops

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2009
Very high rating from my dinner party guests. I've prepared this as an appetizer, two sea scallops per person. The difference I made was I served them on a bed of creamed spinach. My creamed spinach is simply Stouffers Spinach Souffle with a bit of cream cheese and cream. Luscious! Before I added the scallops to the pan I sauteed a few scallions first in the pan, then added the scallops. I did not wipe out the pan either when the scallops were removed, that's where all the flavor is. Word of Caution: Scallops cook very quickly.
