Poor Man's Beer Batter Fish

My six year old son couldn't get enough!!! Everyone was raving about the fish and I surprised them all with the recipe during dinner. Its easy, fast and tastes great!

Grilled Fish Steaks

Amazing! Didn't even need to be changed. We used a lighter fish and used tinfoil on the BBQ, and it was still great!

Jenny's Grilled Chicken Breasts

Great recipe, I marinated the chicken in the lemon juice for an hour first and it stayed very tender after it was cooked.

I truly don't think this recipe could go wrong. I used a ton of fresh basil instead of dried and only used one can of each tomato paste and crushed tomatoes and doubled the cans of tomato sauce. I also didn't add ANY salt. SO SO SO good!!
