Honey Cornbread

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
Great taste, but the bread was a little dry. Went well with black bean soup.

Vegetarian Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
Not sure why, but this recipe turned out terrible when I made it. I made the soup for an event at school and we were unable to serve it because of the taste. Again, not sure what went wrong, but it did not taste good at all.

Naan

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
Excellent recipe! I made this for a soup and bread event at school to serve about 30 people and it was a hit with curry. Relatively easy bread to make, but pretty involved time-wise. We fried the dough instead of grilling it and it came out fantastic. Tastes great by itself or with soup

Coconut Curry Tofu

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
AMAZING recipe, appealed to everyone (even those who prefer meals with meat). I made this for a soup event at school for about 30 people, and it was a huge hit. It has a nice sweet taste from the coconut milk with a spicy aftertaste from the curry and chili powder.

Creamy White Wine Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
GREAT sauce! It has the consistency and creaminess of alfredo sauce with the slight bite of white wine. I made it with salmon and linguine and it was a hit. I added some sauteed garlic and basil and a little bit of lemon juice to the sauce to compliment the wine. I also cut the measurement down to six servings and it was enough for 1/2 lb salmon and 1 lb linguine. Sauce was also great with bread.
