Sylvia's Ribs

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2014
I have made spare ribs for years, every time trying to find the best one that I made the first time but lost the recipe. I finally found a recipe that I will make all the time. The recipe is calling for 8 pounds, I had only one pound but divided the sauce in 4. Plenty of sauce, they were just amazing. Thank you

I have to agree with LUCIDNOODLE. They are flavorless. I won`t be making them again.

The Best Pavlova

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
My favorite dessert in all times. When done cooking let it sit in the oven at least 2 hours without opening the door. That's a reason it make cracks. I did one 3 days ago for friends and I have two of them in the oven as we speak.

I cooked the icing at level 4 on my oven and it took at least 15 minutes to be ready. I started to watch the clock after it started boiling.

These are absolutly delicious. I replaced the oil by Apple Sauce to make them less fatening. Excellent

Easy, fast and excellent. What more can you expect! Would be nice to try with one third white wine and two third cream.
