I cooked it on a grill pan on the stove top and it worked just as well. I will double the marinade next time and use it as extra sauce over noodles. Yummy!

Grandma's Ground Beef Casserole

Family didn't like it as much which was crazy. Husband would have liked it better with finer diced onions. I had leftover ham so I diced that up and added it in too. Delicious!

Grandma's Chicken Chardon

Definitely double the portion for butter and mushrooms! I think it could have used more lemon but my 11 yr old said it was too lemony. It has the flavor in the background not as a forward flavor. Butter was a little heavy with it doubled but I was not complaining. ")

Any time I want to impress a guest I make this. Make sure to double to have plenty of sauce. I serve with asparagus or green beans, and toasted ravioli. Delicious!

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

I didn't exactly follow the measurements for the sauce and while my family loved the flavors, they wanted more sauce. It was a complicated process though, would have rather taken an hour rather than shoot for 30 minutes.
