Very tender and tasty. Marinated overnight like others suggested and used a crock pot. Made gravy and served with spaetzle. New family favorite.

Shrimp Tetrazzini

This was such a crowd pleaser. I did add garlic along with the onion just because I like it but didn't change anything else. Really fantastic. Thinking about trying it with chicken also. Yummy.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
***Just made it again using a 9 pound turkey. WoW!!! Cooked it for 5 hours watching thermometer carefully. So tender and tasty. Used the juices leftover to cook the onions and 1/2 chicken broth to make a wonderful sauce. This was a hit and very easy to make. After a nice roast chicken dinner, boiled down the leftovers on the carcass with the juices that were left. Strained the grease and bones out to make an easy base for chicken tortilla soup. Two wonderful meals. Thanks.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2007
My family loves this. I used chicken from a store-bought roasted chicken and and used fresh spinach. I also used linguini in the middle and added a little more milk and some white wine to get more sauce. No bacon though. My hubby says to make more soon.

Made it as diabetic friendly as possible using sugar-free white chocolate pudding and whipped cream. Fantastic!!! Family loved it at Easter and my hubby finished it for breakfast. Bananas soaked in pineapple and juice poured over cake was a great suggestion.

Harvest Salad

I have become addicted to this salad. I don't use the avocado and I often use just Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette but the other flavors are something special. I keep a supply of walnuts and dried cranberry on hand now.

This was a huge hit with hubby, small kids and a teenager. Made sauce like earlier suggestions which was yummy tossed into baked new potatoes. Chop rosemary very fine for those who don't like its texture.

Fantastic Cake!! Made for party but afraid was too soft and that I'd messed up. Took to school the next day to share with office and raves began. Someone even requested another cake for our Thanksgiving luncheon the next day. Will cook a little bit longer but change nothing else. Yummy!!!!

My husband and son request this. It is very simple and yummy. It is much better with chicken thighs though. I tried breasts once which turned out dry. Great with angelhair pasta.

Gave these as presents. A crowd pleaser!!! We also made a batch with Kahlua and substituted pecans. We then rolled them in a mixture of baking cocoa and powdered sugar. So good that I wanted to keep them for myself. Thank you for a great recipe.
