Peanut Butter Cake II

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2010
This is a great recipe, I made them into cupcakes and they are nice and light, but cook them at 350 and don't over fill the papers, they spread out on top. The frosting is good as well, I added a little vanilla and a tinge more cream. Also added a little drizzle of chocolate on top with a half a peanut butter cup so people knew what they were, and to break up all the peanut butter flavor.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: May 7, 2010
These are very good, and do taste buttery, even though there is no butter in them. They do stick to the pan though so make sure you coat it good, letting them cool will help them come off a little better. Thumbs up.

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: May 4, 2010
This was the nicest yeast dough I have ever seen, you could do a lot of different stuff just with the dough, but I made two pans of it makes a lot. They were THE BEST EVER!! They take some time but well worth it.

Speedy Homemade Salsa

Reviewed: May 4, 2010
I made a mild version of this without the vinigar plus some sugar to take some of the acid out of the tomatoes and OMG they loved it at the party, even the little kids were gobbling it up.

This was Awsome! I finally got my Husband to eat Zucchini!! I did add about a cup of Chocolate chips, but I put them in the food processor first to break them up a bit so they just wouldn't sink to the bottom, it was wonderful, going to the store now to get more stuff to make more!

Cathie's Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
I also added two cloves of fresh garlic to the celery and onion, but left out the bacon, I didn't want that to be such a strong taste. I also added a can of diced new potatoes in as well and a little less clams. It was great!

Pork Tenderloin Stew

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
This was a great thing to do with pork tenderloin, I love them but I get a little sick of just making them the same way, I left out the tarragon, and I did add the mushrooms at the very end after I sauted them.
