Cheddar Biscuits

Amazing. I thought they were gonna suck because I realized I didn't have cheddar after I already started on them so I used mozzerella. They were still great. Wonderful flavor and very simple.

Ricotta Cookies III

Thank you so much for this recipe!!!! My grandmother used to make these when i was little. They came pretty close to hers! Reminds me of childhood which is a good thing. This recipe is certainly a keeper now.

i'm sorry to say, but to me this tasted like butter. i had to throw it out and not put icing on the cookies. but it was easy to make and it looked nicer than the usual glaze.

Black Magic Cake

i made this cake for my mom's birthday. it was sooooo good. i was amazed because i tasted the batter and i didn't think that was good but the cake turned out wonderful! my mom kept saying it tasted like dark chocolate. it was easy too, this was my first non-boxed cake! :)

Awesome! unfortunately, i did not have poppy seeds. it would be even better with them. mine baked for 40 minutes (my oven is weird) and was not dry at all! :) will def be making this again.

Wilderness Place Lodge Cookies

The best cookies i have ever made!!! i brought them to a party and everyone loved them too. the name is pretty cool too. I have to say when i was making them i was surprised at how huge the batter was. i froze about half of it and we got 4 dozen baked. And this was an accident: i thought one stick of butter was one cup (but it's really only half a cup) so i only made it with one cup of butter and they were still amazing! thanks so much for sharing my new favorite cookie of all time :)

meh. would have gave it 3 and a half stars. i mean it was ok. i thought it needed something more, like icing or something. it didn't taste like a muffin though which made me happy. i guess i just had really high hopes for this one and it was just ok

Pumpkin Cake II

This cake was very easy and very delicious! I used a whole can of pumpkin and i substituted egg beaters for real eggs and i couldn't even tell a difference. My only complaint is that I wish i put more cinnamon in it because I couldn't really taste it. But overall it was awesome.

This was great and easy! I only made a few changes: ground turkey instead of beef (i think they taste the same) and i added a green pepper in with the onion. Also, i'm not sure what ranch beans are so i just used chili beans. yummm!

Garlic and Ranch Turkey Burgers

These were great! I doubled and added a little minced onion as well as the garlic. The strongest flavor was the Worcestershire sauce, so if you do not like that flavor I'd add a little less. I ate them over a salad with no bun and they were perfect for it.

Pumpkin Pancakes with Nutmeg Whipped Cream

these were really great and easy! but, after the first batch i did a taste test and couldn't really taste pumpkin, so i added about 1/4 cup more and they were just great! i do like really strong flavors so i'm sure it's just me that needs more pumpkin!

Broiled Parmesan-Lemon Tilapia

SO GOOD! i didn't have the sazon seasoning, so I used Goya Adobo. This tastes like it's from a fancy expensive seafood restaurant, and it was very easy. Thank you so much! I think i'll have to make tilapia like this everytime I make it now!

Mock Tuna Salad

I'm shocked at how great this tasted! It did not taste like tuna, but I actually prefer this to tuna! It was just as easy as making tuna as well. I'm very happy to find this alternative. I recently became a vegetarian and sandwiches are my favorite food, so it's been a little hard. I get tired of cucumber and tomato after awhile. I'll be making this weekly now, so thank you!

Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties

These are really tasty and I will definitely be making them again and again. I baked them for 20 mins, then turned them over and added the sauce and baked them for 20 more in stead of frying. My mother and boyfriend (both meat eaters) loved them. I might add parmesan cheese on top next time, but they were delicious without it.
