I am in the 50's. on disability for now. It took me 5 yr. to get back due to the stress of it all. Love nature, enjoy to travel my last place was Newfoundland & trust me the best place to visit. Beautiful people their... Love to garden
My favorite things to cook
Soups of all kind except fish soup. The main course is my specialty when guest are invited at our home. My wife will make the dessert. Love Chicken like everyone, but try the european way of making it and experiment other ways to. Majority of the time I cook just by feeling & out of my head..

Tacos in Pasta Shells
Loved it. Did not add taco sauce, Monterey Jack cheese, tortilla chips + forgot the sour cream. I replaced the Monterey Jack cheese with mozzarella cheese. Taco sauce family gets touchy when I put hot sauce, they know I like it. Followed the rest as is & work out so good we had seconds. Yum...Yum... Good work on the recipe.

Banana Banana Bread
NO compromise in on the banana. I did though on the sugar, no sugar at all. I used STEVIA an organic plant. You could find it on www. No taste is lost all is natural excellent, very good for diabetic and hypoglycemic safe. Comes from sweet leaf of Paraguay. From 3/4 cup of brown or white sugar, you use only 3/8 tsp. of stevia concentrate power. How I found this through a book called power juices super drinks, by Steve Meyerowitz. Thank you for this delicious recipe.

Chili II
By reading I knew that it needed some of my touch that I like. Honestly by itself it still marvelous, very tasty + you would have at least 3 more bowls. I had 3, my wife had 2 & my daughter had 1. My wife asked me to do another batch. I must tell you I also added a little spice for me but not too much or the family will not like it. Also I added some cheese with the chill. The rest was as describe in the recipe. As I said it is excellent as is, & also for people who do not like spicy food. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY TOO THE MOON..
