Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2012
This recipe is fantastic as is. Plus it's super quick. I made my own revisions (add real onion, garlic, and mushrooms, double the sauce) and blogged about it here: http://thefoodcharlatan.wordpress.com/2012/06/11/spinach-mushroom-tortellini/

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

This is definitely the best cauliflower I have ever tasted. We chopped up the leftovers and put them in quesadillas the next day. Yum. I blogged about this recipe:

Split Pea Soup

This is a great base recipe. I always start here. I blogged about my favorite version, where I added chunks of smoked Gouda to the finished soup. Sooooo good!

Roomali Roti

I love this stuff! It tastes better when you use melted butter in lieu of the oil. Also use copious amounts of butter to fry it. You only live once right?? Yum. I blogged about this recipe!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2012
This is a phenomenal recipe as written (if you leave out the ridiculous amount of salt, which must have been a typo). I've made it at least 15 times and have adapted it to my taste over the years. I reviewed this recipe on my food blog.

Pumpkin-Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
This recipe is awesome. I was looking for a pumpkin oatmeal cookie to imitate the one at my favorite bakery, and this is pretty darn close. Instead of the nuts and raisins (yuck!) I put in a ton of white chocolate chips. It was soooo good and not cakey at all, perfectly cookie-y.
