Greek Penne and Chicken
My boyfriend and I made this today for dinner. We followed the recipe as it went. I should've followed other advice - use less pasta, etc. After we finished, we thought it was bland and definitely needed something. We added a little cup of garlic sauce from Papa John's, many shakes of Frank's Red Hot Sauce, and more feta (we used about a full cup of feta). Then it was much better. We're definitely going to make this again, but with our revisions.

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce
As someone who was raised on bottled pasta sauce, I have to say - I am not going back! This sauce was incredible. When I first tried a spoonful of it, I was hooked. My only issue with it is that it's very soupy and not very saucy. Next time I will add cornstarch to thicken it up. Definitely will make it again.

Challah I
This bread is very delicious and easy to make. This is my first time making bread and the directions were easy to follow even though I'm sure I didn't do everything exactly. I gave it a four because of the directions for the bread: I would suggest covering the challah for the last 20 minutes to minimize browning, and to take the challah out about 5 minutes early. I also let the unmolded dough rise for an extra hour (2.5 hours total). Also, grease the baking sheet very generously - I couldn't get it off even though I had greased it. Wonderful tasty bread!
