Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2011
This was a very good recipe! I shared it with my whole family. I did hold off on putting the dressing on until just before serving - because I did not want it to be too runny. I also added some hot sauce to the mix - just for a little kick and wow was it AMAZING. This one will be made over and over!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
I made this last night - WOW it is really good! I did have to make a couple of changes to it. I did a mixture of Feta/Parmesan, cut down on the Mayo to a couple of teaspoons, added 3 cloves of garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. I also completely wrapped my chicken in bacon - around 2 1/2 pieces of bacon per chicken breast. I also basted with the drippings every 10 minutes or so. The chicken turned out moist, not greasy, and the filling turned out perfect.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2012
This was really great! I used low sodium beef broth and zesty itallian dressing - I also buttered my bread and used garlic powder and oregano on it - my family LOVED this - only wish it made more - next time I will either double or triple it - 1 lb of thinly sliced roast beef was barely enough for my 4 person family.

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2012
This was really dry - and my family really didn't care for the seasonings in it.
