Caribbean-Spiced Roast Chicken
Yummy. I did it with chicken parts, basted every 15 minutes and only cooked for 45 total at 350.

Zucchini Bread III
I think the recipe is decent. I subbed applesauce for the oil, all whole wheat and only used 1/2 cup of brown sugar. I think it could have used more sugar, it wasn't sweet enough. Ah well, I'll know for next time!
