Creamy Strawberry-Lemon Squares

I made these for a potluck and they were devoured within minutes! I absolutely HATE flavored cool whip, so I sliced about 2 cups of fresh strawberries and folded them into plain cool whip. Fabulous.

I am not a huge Carrot fan. Somebody in the family gave us A LOT of carrots, so I have been trying to use them up. This is SOO fabulous! I am going to start buying carrots just to make this now and then!

Apple Crumb Pie

Sooo Good! Made as is except for the topping (I was out of Brown Sugar, so I made a strudel topping) Delicious, I wish it would have lasted longer...

Jalapeno Chicken II

Really good! Only differences I did was canned peppers and slow cooked the breasts in a pan (I don't have a grill). Fantastic! My husband said "This is how you should cook chicken from now on."

SOOO good! Don't you hate it when they are chewy! That's like saying you hate the soft apples in apple pie? Really tasted good, just like at the fair only smaller./

Chocolate Cream Pie II

I really liked the flavor of this pie, but it ended up more like pudding in a pie crust. I am sure that with some extra cornstarch and maybe use cream instead of milk it would set. The only thing I did different was mix the cornstarch in with the milk first out of habit to avoid crumbs.

Fried Pie Crust

This was good. I would try it again with less coconut(not a huge fan of coconut). With a lemon meringue pie it would be really good. I was really worried about it being greasy, and it really wasn't. I tried it with a chocolate cream pie (which was not very good). More people really need to try this easy recipe!~~

French's® Green Bean Casserole

I've made some good bean Casseroles the last few holidays, with bacon, cheese, extra sauce... BUT this Easter I figured, well I guess this time I'll do the old fashioned original recipe. My brother(19) said it was the best he's ever had, and he's just not that type. My mom just said "Your Magic." Thanks!

Grandma Covington's Cheese Apple Pie Crust

Great Crust. I used it for a shepherds pie, because my husband refuses to try anything new with his apple pie. I'll be sure to sneak it in someday though. The crust was very difficult. I was in a rush so I ended it up pressing the dough into the pie tin which worked well.

Clone of a Cinnabon

These were Really good. A little too good, all the sugar made me a bit nauseous, but good deserts always do that to me. Great job. Even better the next day!

Chris' Bay Area Burger

This was a fantastic burger! Not too different, which was what I was worried about. My only problem was the salt, it didn't ruin the meat but next time I think I will go for a bit less. Thank you!
