Slow Cooker Chicken Marrakesh

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2014
Absolutely Delicious ! I made this recipe today and it came out so good. The only changes I made is to double the spices like several other reviewers did. I substituted a box of frozen peas for the carrots to add more color (which I added at the very end). I also used a 2lb pkg of boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts. The chicken was very tender & shredded very easily. Didn't add any chicken broth as some other people did, and there was still plenty of sauce when it was done. I cooked it on High for 3 hours and it came out perfect. Healthy and Wonderful = thanks for the recipe !

Best Pancakes ever ! They are so light and fluffy. I sprinkled mini choc chips on them in the pan before flipping over. Delicious! Can't wait to make them again. Thanks for the recipe Kris.

Delicious! I added sauted red pepppers and steamed broccoli. The sauce was very good. I also doubled the sauce like other reviewers. This is better than any chinese take out you can find ! I will definately make this again.

Zucchini Parmesan

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
Absolutely Delicious ! This was so good & healthy too. (ok, except for the cheese). I sauteed the zucchini instead of boiling it. I also added extra garlic and used part skim mozzarella. It was easy to make and tasted wonderful. I may end up making it again next week. Thanks for the recipe !

Chicken in a Pot

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
Delicious ! This is a nice change from other typical chicken recipes. Like another reviewer I used 1 1/4 cup chicken broth, a 6oz can tomato paste, 1 tsp of oregano and 2 garlic cloves. It came out perfect. I like a good amount of sauce with any recipe I make & these changes made it just right. I served mine over orzo. Looking forward to making it again ! Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken Gruyere with Sauteed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
Delicious! I used thin sliced chicken breasts. I did not have any gruyere cheese in the house, so I did not use it this time. But I love it, so next time I will use it for sure. Let's face it, sauteed onions & mushrooms are wonderful on there own. This is really good comfort food. I will make definitely this recipe again.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2009
These are delicious ! I must admit I usually make brownies from the mix in the box, but thought I would try a scratch recipe~it did not disappoint! They are moist, rich, & chocolatey. Used the 3 cups of white sugar & they turned out fine.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
I made these cookies recently, and they came out ok. The texture and appearance are good, but they don't have much flavor. I think it is because of the shortening in the recipe.
