Broiled Lobster Tails
The best, the absolute best. These lobster tails were cooked for our valentines day dinner. The only thing that was wrong with it, well there wasn't anymore left for seconds.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
These mushrooms were a hit. We made some broiled lobster and coconut shrimp for a valentines day dinner and they were very good.

Salisbury Steak
This recipe was very good. The meat was seasoned perfectly, awesome flavor. The only thing I changed was I added some mushrooms to the gravy. My husband loved it.
