Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

People are so excited to try these when they see them. Very good for impressing crowds! :3 And they are sooo tasty. I messed up my first batch and made them too small because the recipe doesn't say how big the balls should be and I can't roll all the balls at once. #_# The answer is just a little bit smaller than a ping pong ball. I made them in mini muffin paper cups to make them cuter and then I did find a way to roll all the balls at once by setting the cups out individually on a table and switching them out when a batch is finished baking. I followed someone's tip to freeze the peanut butter cups to make it easier to press them in. Anyway, everything went perfectly once I figured out how big to make my cookie dough blobs and the muffin cup thing.

Banana Muffins II

These turned out amazing. I decided to add some vanilla and I did what other people advised to do and just folded the flour in with a rubber spatula and they turned out perfectly moist. :3 I also chopped up some walnuts and sprinkled them over the tops before putting them into the oven. It made them soooo beautiful. :D

Honeyed Pork Chops

This was an incredible recipe. I added some brown sugar and garlic. When I tried it, something was missing, though. My brother suggested mustard, so I added a couple teaspoons of some superhot Asian mustard. It was just what it needed! Next time I think I'll add even more hot mustard, though. I served it over a bed of white rice and the sauce was soooo good with rice.
