Cinnamon Noodle Kugel
This was a very easy and delicious recipe. The only change I made was to add 1/2 c. of pineapple bits (drained and pressed of natural juices) and 1/2 c. of pecan bits. to the mix. If I were to do anything differently in the future, it would be to double half again the sugars and cinnamon topping mix. This is definitely better cold and the next day -- it turns out like a rich custard-y cake texture. I imagine this recipe is extremely versatile and could be adapted to add/change other ingredients. I might try 1/2 f.f. plain yogurt and 1/2 sour cream next time to reduce the fat. I would not reduce the amount of sugar inside the kugel as it is just perfect. Yummy!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
This is a quick and easy dough to make, although very sticky for the little bit of kneading involved. I used a well floured counter and floured my hands generously. I also added rosemary, a bit of dried parsley, garlic powder and cracked black pepper as I prepared the dough. I used a large rectangular pyrex casserole dish for a dough batch of dough. I made a hearty, homemade sauce with large chunks of tomatoes, whole black olives and fresh Spanish onions. I went heavy on the mozz. cheese and added parmesan and red pepper flakes to the top. I montinored the oven temperature well and checked on the pizza several times to be the crust was not burning and that the ingredients were cooking nicely. Ended up with a 35 minute back time after taking the temp. down to 300 for the last 10 mins. It turned out pretty darned good. Next time, I am going to stuff the crust with cheese. Yum!

Grammie's Sweet Milk Cookies
Delicious and old fashioned., Reminds me of the original Archway sugar cookie wih a milk based flavor. I lowered the over temp to 325'F and watched them very closely. Take them out once the edges begin to brown. They end up chewy and perfect. Thanks for this terrific additional to my holiday baking array! :)
