Great results. Made the following changes as others suggested to make the second batch better than the first attempt. Added 1/4 c. wheat germ, used butter instead of shortening, added more flour (about 1/4 c.) when kneading, doubled all the different times required for raising the dough, heated oven 400 degrees for one minute for warm place to raised dough. I also used Pam spray to grease the bowl used to raise dough and bread pans. It is much easier. Use my hand mixer on low spead to add the 3 c. flour before kneading. The two loafs were great. Not as heavy as the first batch.
