Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2012
i followed reviewers advice. i used the crockpot on low. it was a little dry. i would say it only needs four hours on low, and no more than 5 at the max. everyone loved it though!

Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2014
Tasty! I used almond extract instead if vanilla to compliment my cherry chip cupcakes. Yum! I halved the recipe and used half butter and half shortening. It was a tad.... Melty. I might add just a smidge more sugar and less half and half next time. (I had to sub half and half for the heavy cream. That might have been my problem.)

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2012
Delicious! I used a generic brand of oreos and ther were not enough in the package. i didn't need 9 oreos for topping though. Next time I will only leave maybe 3 for that. I would rather do a chocolate drizzle anyway. I recommend using a few less oreos in the main mix, that way there is more cream cheese that keeps the balls together.
