Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes
This was absolutely yummy!! cutting the potatoes in pieces definitely speeds up the cooking process! cooking in broth gives it more flavor-i would suggest either using low sodium broth or not adding as much salt to the mash. I added about 7 cloves of garlic while boiling potatoes which softened the garlic and mashed perfectly in with the potatoes to make the perfect garlic mash!! and the optional sour cream made it extra tastey! great recipe and five stars! YUM!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
AMAZING!! My search for a chewy choco cookie has finally ended with this recipe!! Crispy bottom and chewy center, better than store bought cookies!! I made only half the recipe as I was hesitant to end up with 6 dozen cookies. Per previous reviews, in step #2, I blended everything (vs hand mixing). The Instant Pudding (dry mix) I would add 1/4 the powder at a time until well blended. I used 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (use 2 if making whole recipe). Also was hesitant about the cookies spreading during baking, so I tested 12 on 1 sheet. 1 inch raw cookie dough = 1.5 inch diameter baked cookie. Per other reviewers, put batter in freezer for 15 minutes just to make sure the batter wasn't too soft when baking. And also make sure your cookie sheets are cooled off before putting new batch of cookies on it- this will prevent your cookies from flatting out before they go in the oven- there's lots of butter- so this is a good tip!!

Buffalo Shrimp
For the chicken wing lovers - it's the same but with shrimp instead! I followed some other reviewer's advice and did 2 things: dipped it in an egg wash and again in the flour mixture for a little thicker coating and also used store-bought "Frank's Hot Sauce" partly because I was lazy and didn't know how 'hot' the buffalo sauce recipe would turn out (although it sounds yummy too). It was an easy prep, quick to cook, and MmMmm tastey! This recipe is definitely a keeper -says the boyfriend.
