Apple Bavarian Torte
I adore this recipe! It's a delicious alternative to apple pie. You MUST, however, cook this at the temperature advised. I tried to put one in with a roast at a lower temp, and it was just soggy mush. Delicious, but soggy mush.

Key Lime Cake I
I have not made this cake, but just wanted to say "hurray" for a proper recipe! Out of the three key lime cake recipes, this is the ONLY ONE that is actually a recipe. You can't use a prepared box-cake and pretend you made it, no matter how many sprinkles and doo-dads you add to it.

Bacon Wrapped Mushrooms
These are great, and ridiculously easy: perfect for simple hor d'oeuvres or party nibbles when your busy preparing other items. Just be sure to drain the mushroom-water off when they come out of the oven!
