Burgers, Bacon, Boursin, and Beer

If you can incorporate these four Bs into a meal, I totally recommend it. Here's how I did it: Sirloin burgers with Boursin cheese middles and as a topper. Oven applewood bacon, also a topper along with sliced avocado. Beer on the side. Not rocket science,
but dang, the Boursin cheese + bacon + avacado is a killah! No pictures, too good looking to stop and snap a few! Oh, and baked cayenne yam fries on the side!
