Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Made half the recipe, but still used 2 boxes of jello. Also used fresh strawberries instead of frozen. Family loved it!

Chocolate Mousse Frosting
This was okay. It didn't hold well at all on the cupcakes. Pretty oozy and sloppy, so not the prettiest presentation. The flavor is good, but you are definitely frosting with 'mousse' and not 'frosting'...which I should have assumed from the recipe ingredients.
