Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges
The seasonings are terrific, although I'd go a little more on the salt. I tried this recipe minus the cheese, for fries rather than potato wedges, which took a shorter amount of time. It came out great and my brothers couldn't stop reaching for more.

Spanish Potato Omelet
This was such an easy and yummy recipe. I made it for a spanish project, and it came out delicious! Definitely buy some parsley or green onions for garnish though, as without it, the dish looks yellow (and sad). Also, if you are reheating the dish for leftovers, re-cook it on the stove rather than the microwave. It just tastes better.

Mantecados
I thought the cookies were okay. They were a little sweet, so next time, I would put in less sugar. And, I added some crisco to the chocolate, because it was too thick and the cookes kept breaking in it when i tried dipping them. Also, the thinner these cookies are, the better.
