Basic Corn Muffins

I made these today and took some advice from some other members and added about 1/4 C. sour cream and 1 T. of brown sugar and I also made used a mini muffin pan. They turned out great. This was my first time making Corn Muffins without the box, and I will be making these again. They were really quick and easy to make as well.
