Very good. I read the other reviews before I made this and made some of the changes suggested like 1 c. powdered sugar and 3 Tbs. brown sugar. Also I rolled mine in toffee bits instead of nuts for those that don't like nuts or allergic. And I put mine in the freezer for about an hour before I rolled it into a ball and then placed it back in the freezer until I was ready to serve it. I only rolled it in the toffee bits right before serving as well. I didn't find it hard to manage at all. Hopefully that helps those that had trouble getting it into a hard ball. Everyone loved it!!! I am going to make this again for sure:-)
