I don't understand why this recipe has so many positive reviews? I made it exactly as written and it was so sticky and unworkable. I kept adding more powdered sugar and flour and in the end the dough was heavily overworked and resulted in tough cookies. Which was just as well since the cookies did not keep it's shape in the oven. The cookies just melted into each other and was a huge cookie blob when it came out. I refrigerated for a few hours and worked with a small amount at a time to make sure that I was working with chilled dough. It still stuck to the counter and my hands and the rolling pin. And I could forgive it all if the cookies were out of this world, but they were actually barely edible. So disappointed in the time and ingredients spent on this recipe. :'(

Chicken Delicious

Definitely not chicken delicious. The comments around the dinner table were more like "chicken ok" and "chicken alright". Kinda salty (even though I didn't add the celery salt) and I like salty things. Just nothing special at all. Very easy to put together. Might be better with Cream of Chicken instead of Cream of Celery. Maybe milk instead of the sherry. And dark meat chicken instead of chicken breasts. I'm not going to bother trying again though.
