Turkey Tenderloins
Super easy and Super good! Didn't have time for a long marinade - only 30 minutes. Still had lots of flavor. Also didn't have the rosemary crushed (or feel like crushing it) so I used a generous pinch of regular dried rosemary. Cooking time was on the mark but I put the pan a bit more than 4 inches away and had it set to low broil. Seemed to give it a bit of a crisp on the outside and the meat was so moist. Didn't have cranberry chutney but I did have a bag of whole cranberries. viola - cranberry sauce. Never thought of broiling the turkey tenderlion, so glad ! found this recipe! my Even my pickiest kiddo liked it.

Beef or Chicken Marinade
Easy marinade to throw together! Didn't have the white vinegar so I used red wine ving. I also didn't have a good four hours to wait so I pounded boneless skinless breasts thin - think cutlets - and let marinade for about an hour 1/2. grilled on each side about 5-7 minutes and YUM! Even my hubby decided it was tasty. He's so sick of chicken he never has anything good to say about it! LOoking forward to trying it on beef and pork :) Thanks!

Tina's Best BBQ Lime Chicken
Love cilantro so this was a no brainer! I was a bit low on lime juice so add some OJ. I had to bake the chicken because it decided to rain after 10 dry days! I broiled it a bit to finish it off. Can't wait to actually get to grill it. Thanks!
