Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Tasted great, but I was put off by the almost black look. Just not appetizing looking. Wish there were a way to get the roasted flavor without making them look burnt.

Crackle Top Molasses Cookies
Really good. I told my husband I put the cooling cookies on parchment paper therefore making them chewier and he was so upset (he likes the crunch, he claimed)...that is, until he tasted the chewier result and now he favors that.
