Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Absolutely delicious! Didnt have celery on hand so I used celery salt in place of regular salt. Instead of doing anything in a skillet I put all ingredients except biscuits into the crock pot for about 6 hrs. My chicken was raw and frozen when I started. After the 6 hrs I put everything in a baking dish and added refrigerated biscuits on top and cooked for the 30 mins suggested. I forgot to use foil so some of the biscuit wasnt completely cooked and had to stay in longer but next time I will remember the foil

Hot Sausage Casserole

was amazed that this recipe was so good. It being such a simple recipe, I didnt expect to love it so much. I did omit peppers because I hate them with a passion. I didn't have celery so that had to be omitted as well. Thought my omissiond would leave the meal bland but it didnt. Delicious!

Chicken Parmesan Alfredo

Great recipe that I will use again and again. I used my own homemade alfredo sauce but besides that followed the recipe exactly. I did feel it needed a little extra something so I will be experimenting but it was still great. Very easy to prepare and worth making!

I LOVED it! I didnt boil all the sauce ingredients beforehand though. I just poured on top of chicken thighs and in the oven they went. So good and quite easy!

Grilled Turkey Tenderloins

I loved this recipe. My husband liked it but thought it was weird on the turkey. Said he'd prefer it on chicken. I will most definitely use this recipe again though. Both on chicken and on turkey. It was an easy recipe and I doubled up the sauce and used half of it for dipping at the table. Update: I made this recipe using a pork tenderloin and it was a hit. Loved it on the pork! Would recommend doing it that way for sure!!!! I also baked it at 400 degrees F for about 45 mins instead of grilling. So incredibly good!

Mizithra Browned Butter Pasta

Love it! Have always been a fan of the Spaghetti Factories Mizithra and browned butter spaghetti. This tastes pretty much exactly like it and is super easy. Scrumptious!

Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Its always a good sign when everyone wants seconds of their vegetables! Halved the recipe and omitted the green onions (because I didnt have any one hand). Was incredible! We never really ate brussels sprouts but will be now! Thank you for this recipe!!!

Luscious Slush Punch

Made this one at a party and EVERYONE wanted the recipe! I did it exactly as is and thought it was the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Just be sure to plan ahead with this one so you have time for the freezing process!

Spanish Rice II

I minused the bell pepper (because I hate it), added half a tsp of cumin, used brown rice instead of white, used olive oil instead of vegetable and besides the mistake of using the brown rice it was excellent! The flavor was perfect! The brown rice took way too long to cook and I didnt like the texture of it. Back to white rice for me! Adding a bit of cheddar on top when served was a nice little bonus too!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

My go to meatloaf recipe! I add garlic but besides that I make no other changes and its delicious! Occassionally i do use italian bread crumbs instead of saltines and its great that way too. Love it! I tried putting the ketchup/sugar on top but it just melts off so i keep it on the bottom.
