Breaded Dijon Pork Chops

It was good but very frustrating that I couldnt get the bread crumbs to stay on very much at all. The favor was good but not great. Nothing better than my usual pork chops.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Very good and very easy. Couldnt stop eating it. I used shells instead of bowtie and added a tablespoon of dried basil and only 2 of parsley. Love it!

Ed Zieba's Famous Family Pork Chops

Chops were definitely tender but wish both the onion and the chops browned a bit. Not sure if I took foil off in the end if itd be as moist but will give it a try.

Easier Chicken Marsala

Very good! I browned chicken, removed chicken, added mushrooms, cooked them til soft, put chicken back in and added a doubled amt of marsala (1 cup) along with a can of cream of mushroom. Deliciousness!

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Absolutely delicious! Didnt have celery on hand so I used celery salt in place of regular salt. Instead of doing anything in a skillet I put all ingredients except biscuits into the crock pot for about 6 hrs. My chicken was raw and frozen when I started. After the 6 hrs I put everything in a baking dish and added refrigerated biscuits on top and cooked for the 30 mins suggested. I forgot to use foil so some of the biscuit wasnt completely cooked and had to stay in longer but next time I will remember the foil

I really love this recipe and love the dill combined with the curry. I do add a bit extra curry and dill but thats just my preference. An excellent dish!

Mexican Pizza I

Yummy!!! I used shredded chicken instead of ground beef and I did half smashed pinto beans mixed with half refried an didnt bother with the green chiles but it was great! I did have to fry the tortillas longer than 15 seconds per side. I did 30-45 seconds per side to get them nice and crispy. Great recipe!

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

Southern Butter Rolls

VERY good!!!! I just added all the ingredients into my bread machine and ran the dough cycle. Then I shaped them into balls & put half on a cookie sheet and the other half in a spring form pan. Then I preheated the oven to 200, turned the oven off & put the rolls in the oven for their 45 minutes proofing. After that, I preheated to 400 and kept to regular directions. The ones in the spring form were even better we thought. Love this recipe.

Simple Beef Stroganoff

This recipe was fairly decent. I did use real garlic instead of powdered and I sauteed onions with the ground beef. I also added about a Tablespoon of worcestershire, 3/4 cup water, & a beef bouillon cube. It was an easy, quick meal
