Curried Coconut Chicken
Absolutely delicious! I got so many compliments on this dish. I did add a little extra curry but thats just personal taste. Love this recipe!

Breaded Dijon Pork Chops
It was good but very frustrating that I couldnt get the bread crumbs to stay on very much at all. The favor was good but not great. Nothing better than my usual pork chops.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
Very good and very easy. Couldnt stop eating it. I used shells instead of bowtie and added a tablespoon of dried basil and only 2 of parsley. Love it!
