Cranberry Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2013
All you need for delicious meatballs is one can of the cranberries and a bottle of ketchup....that makes for a delicious sauce. No need for the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice. The ketchup and cranberry combination tastes just like a BBQ sauce. I also make with sliced up hillshire farms kielbasa.....everyone loves!!

Bavarian Style Meatballs

I make this recipe with just a bottle of ketchup and a can of the cranberries. Simmer on low for about 2-3 hours and they are amazing. No need for the brown sugar, water etc

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2013
Made the peanut butter fudge for my sister for her birthday....everyone loved it!! Said it was amazing. I also just made the chocolate fudge version that another reviewer provided. I DO NOT recommend the chocolate version at all!! It was not creamy like the peanut butter version. I think 6 cups of chocolate was way too much. It didn't mix well and after it totally set, when I cut it, pieces broke. Did not cut as smooth as the peanut butter.

Won Ton Wrapper Appetizers

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
I make these myself before I even seen it on here. What I do is place the won-ton wrappers in the mini muffin cups and spray the wrappers with pam. Bake till lightly brown. No need to cool them at all. I also use 2 lbs of fried loose sausage, I break it with a spoon while cooking. I let that cool then add the ranch dressing, half a brick of shredded cheese and half a brick of pepper jack cheese then the olives. I spoon the mixture into the cups bake a minute of two until the cheeses melt......fantastic!!

Grandma's Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2011
Made this for my dad for father's day and he said it was yummy.....one thing though, he said it was too sweet. So, next time, I will reduce sugar to 3/4 cup. Also had to use 6 cups of blueberries so I added the same amount of tapioca and it settled great!

Lemon Pudding Poke Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2011
I've made this cake several times and you can use any flavor pudding or cake. After layering the remaining pudding, I always top with cool whip. Makes it more yummy.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
I made these today for my mom's day breakfast. I used the other reviews and did the half and half white sugar and brown sugar. The muffins were good except for the fact 400 degrees is way too high for an electric oven. All the bottoms of my muffins burnt! I had them on the middle rack. I would try 375 next time and let them cook a little longer.

Easter Bread Ring

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
bread was good, however, I left out the dried fruit, anise and almonds, since it's not a ruitcake. And, it did not double in size at all and I followed directions step by step. But everyone loved it.
