Red Skinned Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 26, 2008
This is a very tasty recipe. I would however boil the potato's a bit longer and maybe cut them up before boiling them. My husband also suggested adding some shredded cheese, and it was so good. I had to have some for breakfast the next morning.

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
These were very yummy and a nice break from candied yams. My husband who does not eat sweet potatoes ate one and loved it. Everyone wanted the recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
The taste of these, OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!! I just need to work on my coating skills. This was the first time I made a candy that needed to be coated in chocolate and I did half in milk chocolate and half in white chocolate and I ran a bit short (from my inexperience I'm sure). I'm sure you know they were not pretty, but sure did taste good.

A Jerky Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
This was a good recipe, but it was more like a teriyaki chicken than a jerk chicken.

I personally have not tried this (too many WW points for me) But have made it twice for my husband in two weeks. He has taken it into work and everyone who tries it says it is the best Banana Nut Bread they have ever had.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2013
After reading the reviews I followed previous advice and bought a 4 lb pork butt. I put the meat and broth in the slow cooker for 10-11 hours, shredded it right away added the barbecue sauce and refrigerated it for a couple of hours. I put it back in the slow cooker for a couple of hours to reheat. It was delicious and very easy. I have enough to make a second meal.

Fruit Salad in Seconds

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2014
This was so delicious! I just followed the recipe and put in the fridge and gave it time to "marinate" for a bit and everyone raved about it. It is definately a keeper and will be made many more times this summer. I even used a light yogurt which made it even better. Yummy!
